Timber Treatment Solutions offer many types of automated systems for the dosage / mixing of liquid used by wood impregnation plants and dipping tanks.
The mixture in the system is the result of dosing concentrated preservation or coating liquid(s) and mixing them with several hundred or several thousand litres of water to create a certain concentration of mixed final product for use on the timber.
For certain applications where mixing multiple concentrations is required, we can combine multiple mass dosage devices (weigh scales) along with volume measuring devices (metering volume pumps).
The dosing system can be integrated in the timber treatment plant or dipping tank for direct control, or it can be controlled completely independently with its own interface.
A dosing system can also be coupled with a mixing tank, which can include stirring by pump or propeller if required.
