Timber Treatment Solutions provide flow treatment cabins for the automated treatment of piles and packages of timber. This greatly reduces the amount of preservative product required for treatment.
Stage 1: The pile of wood is tilted at 2 different positions and a tight lid closes to prevent splashes of preservative escaping from the container.
Stage 2: The stack of wood is sprayed back and forth by a traversing head equipped with spray nozzles. The process drains and filters the solution in the tank.
Stage 3: Open the machine. Tilt the load horizontally & remove the charge
